Refund Information

Requests for refunds must be received within 14 days from receipt date (30 days for customers outside the U.S.). Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment. Items purchased with Gift Certificates will receive a store credit.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Gift Certificates
  • Clearance Items
  • Applied Discounts
  • Custom Duties & Taxes
  • Shipping & Handling Fees

If product was purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact your vendor for their return policy.

Product(s) must be in new condition and in original packaging with nothing missing. A 15%-25% restocking charge is applicable to any packages returned in less than new condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to send back the product(s) (at his/her expense) before the refund can be processed.

Any product that’s returned without a promotional item(s) that was included in the original transaction (e.g., buy a case, get discounted holster), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded. Any return of product that included a promotional gift card in the original transaction (e.g., buy a case, get free gift card), will have the value of the promotional gift card deducted from the amount refunded as gift cards cannot be returned.

If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount, we will reimburse you for what you do return minus the value of the discount and bundle.

Please allow 7-14 business days after receiving your package for final processing of the RMA.

Replacement Information

Effective April 2016, Seidio will warrant cases, holsters, and screen protectors against defects in assembly, materials, or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. All batteries, cables, chargers, and battery-powered cases will be warranted against defects in assembly, materials, or workmanship for up to one (1) year from original purchase date. The warranty is not transferable and all claims must be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear and tear, and Seidio holds no liability for damage to devices, loss of data, loss of business or profits caused by products manufactured or sold directly or indirectly from our company.

Below you will find more information regarding the procedure for replacements and refunds.

  1. All RMA replacement requests must be filed via your account or the online form and approved by Seidio’s RMA Department.
  2. Customers who are experiencing issues with a Seidio product due to manufacturing defect will be able to upload a digital photograph of the problem area on the form. Acceptable formats include BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, or PDF no larger than 1MB.
  3. For select products, including those with electrical components, customers may be asked to return the defective product back via a shipping label sent with the replacement. Failure to comply may result in termination of warranty.2
  4. Seidio, Inc. uses the United States Postal Service for delivery of product replacements.

 

Additional Information about the Replacement/Refund Process:

Seidio will not accept returns or replacements without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once you have submitted your request, you will be e-mailed with a ticket number assigned to your case. Please allow 1-3 business days to process and approve your request. If your request is approved, we will send you further information.

Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Packages must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the approval email and returned to Seidio.

After we have received your package, please allow 7-14 business days for final processing of RMA and to issue a replacement.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Seidio. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear any shipping charges required and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. When seeking a refund, customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Seidio reserves the right to reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional restocking fee against the customer for replacement of the missing components.

Customers outside the U.S. are solely responsible for all custom duties, service charges, and taxes on orders shipped to any foreign countries. Seidio is not responsible for any package delays or rejects due to international custom clearances. Lifetime Warranty

Seidio, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Seidio”), hereby warrants to original purchaser, that the following Seidio products: all Seidio cases, holsters, and screen protectors if purchased in the United States (the “Product”) shall be free of defects in assembly, materials, or workmanship for the lifetime of your Product.  This warranty is non-transferable and is offered solely to the original purchaser of the Product.  Seidio will repair or replace (at the sole discretion of Seidio) the Product if it is found to be defective by Seidio due to a defect in assembly, materials, or workmanship pursuant to Seidio’s return policy located at www.seidioonline.com. The warranty contained herein is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the Product itself and does not extend to the phone or device contained in the case.  The warranty shall be immediately and permanently terminated and void in the event of any damage to the Product due to misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident or tampering.  Seidio’s liability, if any, for any damages warranted herein shall be limited to and shall in no case exceed total of the purchase price of the Product.

 IN NO EVENT WILL SEIDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT BEING PROTECTED BY OR PLACED IN THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF ANY REPLACEMENT OF THE EQUIPMENT BEING PROTECTED BY OR PLACED IN THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF USE DURING THE PERIOD THAT THE PRODUCT IS BEING REPAIRED, CLAIMS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM SEIDIO’S BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF SEIDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL SEIDIO’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY CONSUMER FOR THE PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
