Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. If you wish to cancel your order please email us your ORDER NUMBER and NAME at cancel@seidioonline.com. All cancellation orders must be submitted within two hours of ordering.

How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, contact customer service at 832-204-1118 for assistance. Please have your order number and billing address ready.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Also, check your shipment carefully, as sometimes products may be hidden or concealed by packing materials. If the item is missing, please call our customer service department at 832-204-1118 for assistance.

My product is missing parts.
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site and double check your order to make sure you ordered the correct item. Also, check your shipment carefully, as sometimes products may be hidden or concealed by packing materials. If you find product pieces are missing from the package, please contact our customer service department at 832-204-1118 for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
We will ship your back-ordered item as soon as it becomes available.
