Q: How long will it take for the Charging Vault to complete a full charge when charging in a wall outlet?

A: Approximately 6-8 hours

Q: How long will it take for the Charging Vault to fully charge my device?

A: Depending on continued usage of the device, approximately 2-3 hours. Charging time may be longer with extended batteries. If extended battery is larger than 2200mAh, a complete charge will not be reached with the Charging Vault when used independently of AC power.

 

Q: How do I know when the Charging Vault has reached its maximum charge?

A: When you press the button on the front of the Vault, the blue LED lights will indicate the level of charge. Each blue light represents 25% charge, so 4 blue lights will indicate a 100% charge. If only one or no light remains, plug the Charging Vault into a wall outlet to re-charge.

 

Q: Will the Charging Vault keep charging after the 100% charge has been reached?

A: No, there is an auto shut-off function that will cause the Charging Vault to power off.

 

Q: Does the Charging Vault have to be powered 100% in order to add battery life to my device?

A: No, the battery life transfer will be the equivalent to the charge level of the Charging Vault. 

Q: Why is the Charging Vault not charging my tablet?

A: The Charging Vault is designed for use with smartphones, mp3 players, and small electronics. Charging Vault may not charge tablets

Q: Can I use my own device charging cable? Mini-USB, Micro-USB, or Apple charger?

A: Yes, you may use your own device charging cable.* However, it may be convenient to consider our Charging Vault Kit, which includes a Retractable Dual-Head Sync & Charge cable that is easy to carry with you.
