before filing this form. Seidio, Inc. warrants its products for up to
180 days from the date of purchase from an authorized reseller with
valid proof of purchase after the reseller's warranty expires.
Due to the increasing number of imitation & counterfeit
cases. Always make your purchase from a reputable, authorized
reseller. Please contact us if you are unsure about a reseller or
product.
Replacement requests for
products that has been deemed to be counterfeit will be denied
automatically and products will not
be returned.
Purchases made on eBay,
Amazon Marketplace, and any other unauthorized resellers must be
accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and/or a copy of your sales
receipt.
Warranty is not transferable, and no exchanges can be made for
different products.
Users are not to abuse
the warranty by filing excessive RMA requests and/or filing multiple
requests under different alias and address.
Seidio reserves all rights to refuse on the basis of any invalid
warranty claims or abuse of the warranty claim process.
