Requests for refunds must be received within 14 days from receipt date (30 days for international customers). Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment, and items purchased with Gift Certificates will receive a store credit.

Product(s) must be in new condition and in original packaging with nothing missing.1 A 15%-25% restocking charge is applicable to any packages returned in less than new condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to send back the product(s) (at his/her expense) before the refund can be processed.
Please allow 7-14 business days after receiving your package for final processing of the RMA.
